Designed for mamas to be, helping to soothe any aches or pains growing a little one can bring. Focusing on safe, mindful movements and breathwork you can take with you into labour. These classes are designed to facilitate safe yoga practice and deepen your connection with baby. As well as a chance to meet other mamas to be and join an established community of mums!

Is Mama to be Yoga for me?
This session is for anyone who wants to keep movement in their bodies during pregnancy, help to ease and aches and pains, learn safe yoga positions whilst working on your core and pelvic floor. We also learn safe breathing techniques to take with you into labour.
I've never practiced yoga before, can I come?
Yes! This class is suitable for any mamas to be whether you're a total beginner to yoga or an advanced yogi - there is something here for all.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
No, everything is provided for you - please arrive in comfy clothes with some water and let me do the rest!

The best pregnancy yoga class I have been to on the wirral by a longggg way!! Atmosphere is so calming, Ellie is so welcoming and knowledgeable and the yoga sequence was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend over any other classes!!

I have never done yoga before and I really enjoyed it! I wanted to do something for me and also for baby to keep me feeling relaxed and connected. El makes you feel empowered and calm. It’s so nice being surrounded by likeminded women. I will definitely be continuing sessions throughout my pregnancy journey!
