Join me for a practical and empowering 3-hour workshop designed to help you understand your pelvic floor, how we can manage pressure within our core and how to strengthen our pelvic floor through targeted exercises, improving your overall movement, stability and health.

Who is this workshop for?
Anyone! We all have a pelvic floor! However, this workshop may be especially worthwhile to those who currently or previously have experienced issues with their pelvic floor, those who are pregnant or postpartum, perimenopausal, menopausal or postmenopausal and anyone who just wants to further their knowledge on their pelvic floor such as its anatomy, the relation of the pelvic floor to other muscles and how we can coordinate our breath with our pelvic floor
I'm pregnant, can I come?
Yes absolutely, this workshop would especially be helpful during your prenatal period and to help the transition into postnatal to help strength any weak muscles
What will the workshop cover?
- The pelvic floor and its key functions, common issues we may experience throughout life and busting any myths - Learn how we can use the breath to coordinate body movements with our pelvic floor muscles to activate and protect your pelvic floor - Learn how we can manage intra abdominal pressure and train safely by reducing downward pressure onto our pelvic floor whilst still reaping the benefits of strength training - Understand how our glute strength plays a vital role in our pelvic floor and how we can train the glutes to help train our pelvic floor
What do I need to bring on the day?
If you would like to make notes, please bring a notepad and pen, please wear comfy clothes that you are happy to participate in exercise in, please bring a drink. The gym can get quite cool, so a hoody or jumper may be necessary too.
