Do I need to bring anything with me?

I'm nervous to start moving again, are the classes beginner friendly?

This post natal pilates class was excellent. The class was small and relaxed. The exercises were challenging but not too challenging and we were made to feel really welcome. I will be going back again!

Always wanted to try Pilates and found Ells class where I can take my baby as well. I was worried the class would be more for babies but it was a class that was more for mums but also involved your baby nicely. It’s also a free space so don’t worry about your baby getting restless, need feeding etc.
